Rising sun Education and Welfare Society is spending Rs: 5000 per child per month. 65% of the children belong to very poor families and they are being given education, training, speech & physiotherapy, uniform, books & stationary, sports & cultural activities, ambulatory medical care, transport and other special facilities totally free. Whereas 30%  belong to middle class and their parents contribute from 10-50% of expenses incurred on their children. Monthly running expenses of the Society are almost 2.5 million.
