Online Resource Center
Rising Sun team has been working hard to facilitate the parents of our students in these testing times of COVID 19. What started from video calls, Whats App groups, audio and visual guidance sessions, YouTube channel, has now taking the shape of an online resource center. All guides shared with the parents are now being uploaded to the online resource center so all parents and caregivers can access and benefit.
Rising Sun team has tried to develop simple guides in Urdu and English for parents of children with special needs as an effort to support maximum number of parents and caregivers. During COVID19 these simple tips can facilitate parents to work with their children at home.
Online resource center provides guides in separate sections. Each section contains relevant guides based on the specific special need. We have tried to cover all the relevant areas of development e.g. motor abilities, speech and communication, self-care skills, cognitive development etc. Our team is working on more guides, which will be made available in coming days.
This E-learning is a new world all together, we are learning and exploring with the passage of time. But each small step is taking us further towards a world of mutual learning and support. In these competing times, best we can do is to support and uplift each other.
